Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in the year 1962. She is a well-known American actor. Following her film debut during the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known for her role in the Brat Pack actors. She was also on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) as well as Short Circuit (1986). The performance of Sheedy in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actress. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. She began her career in film beginning in the early 1980s, with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, in which other actors were also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In 1985, after her successful debut on screen, the actress appeared on screen in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes's film The Breakfast Club is regarded as being among the high school cinema's best films. Although the film's budget was only $1 million the film's profits were more than $50 million. She also began appearing on a number of television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. In April of 1980, the show began to air. The show was designed for teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are a few of the other shows in which she's appeared. Her most recent roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy won numerous prizes in 2005 for her performance. She also received the with the MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
